Returns & refunds
You can request a return within 30 days of the delivery date. Email support@zhasstore.com with your order number. Every return must be authorized before you send the item back; we then send you the return address and instructions.
Opened personal care items, such as face brushes, cannot be returned. If an item arrives damaged, faulty or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
