Our business address is an administrative address only. We do not operate a walk-in shop, and we do not accept customer collections, drop-offs or returns at this address. Every return must be authorised by email first so that we can give you the correct return address.
How we sell and ship
We sell and ship within the United States only. Products that we stock ourselves, including our 25-in-1 Vegetable Chopper, Pet Hair Remover Roller, party tableware sets, face brush and thermal leggings, are held in Amazon fulfillment centers in the United States and dispatched on our behalf by Amazon Multi-Channel Fulfillment. Other products in our catalog are dispatched by our partner warehouses in the United States and overseas, so an order containing items from different sources may arrive in more than one parcel. Payments and security
