Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of zhasstore.com and any purchase you make from it. The site is operated by ZHAS LLC, a limited liability company based in California, United States ("ZHAS", "we", "us"). By accessing the site or placing an order you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility and territory

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. We sell and ship to addresses in the United States only. Orders with a non-US shipping address will be cancelled and refunded.

Products, pricing and availability

All prices are shown in US dollars and exclude applicable sales tax, which is calculated at checkout. We try to describe our products accurately, but we do not warrant that product descriptions, colours, images or other content are entirely error free. Product images are illustrative, and actual colour may vary with your screen settings.

All items are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, and to refuse or cancel any order, including where a product has been listed at an incorrect price or described in error. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will refund you in full.

Orders and acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. A confirmation email acknowledges that we have received your order; it does not constitute acceptance. The contract between us is formed when we dispatch the goods. You are responsible for providing accurate, current and complete order and account information.

Payment

Payment is taken at checkout through our payment processor. By submitting payment information you confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method. We do not store full payment card details.

Shipping, returns and refunds

Delivery is governed by our Shipping Policy and returns by our Return and Refund Policy. Both policies are incorporated into these terms by reference. Risk of loss passes to you on delivery by the carrier. We do not offer customer collection, and no item may be returned to us until we have issued return instructions and an authorised return address.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to infringe our or a third party's rights, to introduce malicious code, to scrape or harvest data, or to interfere with the operation or security of the site.

Intellectual property

All content on this site, including text, graphics, logos, images and their arrangement, is owned by ZHAS LLC or its licensors and is protected by United States and international intellectual property law. You may not reproduce, distribute or create derivative works from it without our written permission.

Third-party links

The site may contain links to third-party websites that we do not control. We are not responsible for their content, policies or practices.

Disclaimer of warranties

Except where prohibited by law, and except for any manufacturer warranty supplied with a product, the site and the products are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, ZHAS LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of the site or any product. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order will not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations, so parts of this section may not apply to you.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless ZHAS LLC and its officers and employees from any claim or demand arising out of your breach of these terms or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law rules. You agree to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The version in effect at the time you place an order governs that order. Continued use of the site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
